What We Do
At STEAMMATES our service-based approach to learning offers students from rural communities the opportunity to participate in science, tech, engineering art and math challenges while gaining valuable work ready skillsets that empower them to invest in the health and wellbeing of their own communities. We offer our programming to families at no to low cost.
More than Just
a STEM Club
Students engage in self directed and group online activities to learn topics that range from cybersecurity and data analytics to graphic design and social media marketing.
Play Now, Save Later
Students participate in local, state and national competitions to both boost their skillset and resume. We then use these resumes to help students to prepare internship, scholarship and college applications.
Learn, Serve,
Repeat
Students readily use the knowledge they're acquiring to complete community service projects in their neighborhoods. With tasks that range from flyer design to web development, students support small businesses while building a marketable portfolio.

We're a not-for-profit organization with big dreams and a big heart, but we're still in the process of obtaining our 501C3 status.
